Prayers for the mother and the whole family, Debi. If you get a chance, will you share this website with her, it is that of another mother who lost a child, and it may be comforting for her to read how someone else dealt with her grief.

I just wanted to add that in Robin's link, there are several references to passages that David wrote.... David SUFFERED greatly. If he can come through it, anyone can, with God's grace.

Robin - that website is a beautiful reminder that God's comfort is all enveloping. When she is ready, I truly hope she's able to seek His healing.

My heart has hurt for this lady and her family since I first read of her loss. Even though I don't know who she is at this time, her pain is very close to me.

As a mother of a 16 yr old my stomach was sick seeing this. No words can express how sad and sorry for anyone losing a child. HUGS to this family during their sorrowful time.
