prayer warriors (following Jesus Christ, everyone welcome)

So many prayers needed...I'm thinking we all know this.. but I'll share some things I know to be true. Our loving merciful Father in Heaven is very much aware of us. God is literally the Father of your spirit. Like any parent, He wants to have a relationship with you. He wants you to communicate with Him through prayer... and He always listens when you do... Our loving God wants His children to receive all the blessings He can give them. Jesus Christ explained God’s desire to answer our prayers... What man is there of you, whom if his son ask bread, will he give him a stone? Or if he ask a fish, will he give him a serpent? If ye then know how to give good gifts unto your children, how much more shall your Father which is in heaven give good things to them that ask him? (Matthew 7:9–11).... God will answer your prayers, but that doesn’t mean He’ll just give you whatever you ask for. Because He knows what’s best for you, He will answer your prayers in His way. Strive to ask for things that are in harmony with the will of God. God always listens to us when we pray. I love the power of prayer! He hears us!
The Apostle Paul taught, We are the offspring of God.. (Acts 17:29). You are God’s child. Again..God is literally the Father of your spirit. Like any parent, He wants to have a relationship with you. He wants you to communicate with Him through prayer, and He always listens when you do.
Just like earthly parents care deeply about their children, your Heavenly Father loves you and wants you to be happy. That doesn’t mean your life will always be easy or joyful. God will allow you to experience challenges to teach you important lessons and help make you a better person. But God will always answer your prayers because of His never..ending love for you and all of His children.
Our loving God wants His children to receive all the blessings He can give them. Jesus Christ explained God’s desire to answer our prayers..
The point of prayer isn’t to change God’s will or to compel Him to do what you want Him to do. Prayer allows you to receive the blessings God already has in store for us. Jesus taught, If ye abide in me, and my words abide in you, ye shall ask what ye will, and it shall be done unto you. (John 15:7). The New Testament teaches, If any of you lack wisdom, let him ask of God … and it shall be given him. But let him ask in faith. (James 1:5–6). Love this...Faith is a belief in things you can’t yet see (see Hebrews 11:1) If you pray and sincerely believe that God will answer you, He will. :) Receiving and recognizing answers to your prayers can require some work and (patience) on your part. It might sound simple, but we need to ask God for the blessings we need. Jesus taught, Ask, and it shall be given you, seek, and ye shall find. (Matthew 7:7). When you are sincerely striving to obey God’s commandments, He will give you answers to your prayers, and you will be ready to receive them. God heareth the prayer of the righteous. (Proverbs 15:29). One more thing I've always told my children. I believe the way our prayers are answered can also be a test. Are we acting like faithful loving servants of our Lord when things don't turn out the way we want? Are we letting ourselves..know..that it's His will? There are countless times throughout my life that I often wondered how His answers would work out. It wouldn't be until years later that I could see..the why and how it did. Oh what a beautiful Loving Merciful Father! He gave us His Son Jesus Christ because of that love. Through Him and Christ we receive many blessings. There's always something to be thankful for in our lives. Even during these scary times. Talk to Him..with Him. ❤️

Thank you

Please pray for me as well as I am working with a counsellor about my anxiety issues. I’m heavily praying about it too. But such WERE some of you. Jesus forgives my sin and I need to let GO.
Did you know the Bible says "Fear not," or "Be not afraid," 366 times? That's one for every day of the year including leap year! God does not want us to be afraid. Try to remember that He is with you, always and everywhere. Read John 3:17, yes 17! He casts our sins into the deepest ocean and remembers them no more. He erases them from His memory bank, how cool is that! Psalm 103 says He removes them "as far as the east is from the west" - a distance that cannot be measured. North can be measured from south, but not east from west. He took our sins into the grave and left them there, praise His name!

How long does it take to work? 🤣🙈
As long as it takes us to let Him. :hugsWe have to surrender, accept Him into our hearts and submit to His leadership. Only when He is 100% Lord of our lives, can He make changes in us. It starts in a heartbeat, and it takes a lifetime.

I’m kind of freaking out. Like all day. And nothing is working to not freak out. Ughhhhh.
What works for me is prayer. I have to get honest with God. He already knows everything about me, so I guess I have to get honest with ... ME. Sometimes, since I'm a bit (or a lot!) ADHD, it helps to sit at my keyboard and put it in writing. Nobody's ever going to see it but Him and me. It helps me to stay focused. We work out a lot of ... stuff ... that way. He opens my understanding. I guess you could say He talks to me. I continue until I find peace. ❤️

My prayer for these challenging times, for all of us and for God's people everywhere, is that these world events - wars and rumors of wars, earthquakes, fires and floods in diverse places - will cause in us, not fear and trembling, but rather, hope and excitement as we remember that these are all signs of the nearness of Christ's second coming. But the REAL sign of His soon coming is that this gospel of the kingdom will be preached in all the earth! We have work to do, my friends. We must share the good news that God is love; that His love led Him to send His only-begotten Son Jesus to live and die to save us from our sins; that Jesus rose from the dead and reigns at the right hand of the Father, making intercession for us; that He wants to live in our hearts by faith, making new creatures of us; and that He's coming back, to take us to live eternally with Him in heaven, free of sin and death and pain and sickness and sorrow. This is good news!
