Hello Prayer Warriors!
I cruise through, read and pray, but forget to actually type anything. I am coming to you with a prayer request for a little 1-year old child that I don’t know personally, but is connected to my family. The baby somehow got burned on Sunday after a hot liquid got spilled. The burns were “a little” on the face, on the neck shoulder and back. Baby was airlifted to a burn unit,

Lord, we humbly ask for your hand to heal this child.
Your mercy to touch this child spiritually physically and mentally. Please mend their skin and give them comfort. Bless his or her parents and surround them with love and support. Give the doctors wisdom in his/ her care.
Thank you Lord for all your blessings !

Tell her I think of her and pray for her every day, I miss chatting with her too.
It's all sometimes still very unreal what has happened, but slowly and surely, I do hope things will come together.

CBS had a news update on West NC this evening. It was distressing to see how much devastation remains in that area and how slow recovery has been. I was shocked to learn that many of the destroyed bridges are privately owned and there is no funding available to repair them. Many people are isolated in their homes with no hope of restoration. It's been 7 months since Hurricane Helene, I believe.
