Pullet vs Roo in BYM’s

Hi everyone, I have been stalking this website for months and am finally posting! I finally convinced my husband to get chickens - we got 6 from a few different local people. I am severely anxious and feel like I got Roos based on pink combs. Can y’all lend me your expertise and also teach me why you think pullet vs cockerel so I can learn? #1-4 are about 9-10 weeks old and #5&6 are 7 weeks. I have been looking in here but am struggling because they’re mixes.

#1 BYM (pretty sure it’s a Roo- I also think this one is crowing)
#2 BYM
#3 Barred Rock (likely not pure?)
#4 seller said possible Brahma cross
#5 EE
#6 EE

I'm thinking 1 = cockerel, 2 = pullet, 3 = pullet SO CUTE, 4 = cockerel, 5 = pullet, 6 = pullet.

Thank you for replying! do you think 4 is a cockerel due to the brown coloring on wings? Or due to comb?

She was the bully of the group until they all outgrew her and now she’s the runt and gets picked on She’s so sweet now

Cute! Looks like #1 and #4 are cockerels. #4 has male specific coloring and he's an Easter Egger.

#3 definitely doesn't look like a pure Barred Rock. She's actually giving me Olive Egger vibes. It looks like she has muffs (fluffy cheeks) of an Easter Egger.

That’s what I thought! Someone else told me possibly Dominique due to the comb. Is it due to the brown coloring on the wings for #4? There’s also feathers on the legs

Yes, for #4 the wings have a reddish coloring which is male specific. Also the comb is a touch too pink and large for an EE pullet at that age. I wouldn't be surprised if he ended up looking a lot like @thistlewick boy Chuck.

It's possible 3 could be a Dominique but something about those muffs give me pause.
