Looks like she's been in a fight and got the bell rung good.
Clean the eye with saline, apply Terramycin in the eye.
For the scabbiness on the face, likely it's dried blood. Apply triple antibiotic ointment or a bit of vaseline to help soften it up, then you should be able to wipe some of it away. Reapply triple antibiotic ointment to any sore looking spots.
Open the beak, look for any abrasions or cuts inside the beak. If there's dried blood, take some qtips and work on cleaning the inside of the beak.
Work on hydration, get her drinking really well and then offer wet feed.
You may find that you need to monitor closely - some may have more of a fighting spirit than others.
