has some Pycheon in Oklahoma. Maybe it would be worth you two getting together? Who knows what knowledge could be shared.

Yes, I would be hatching her eggs.Do you plan to hatch her eggs? If not, you don't really need a rooster. Additional hens will be excellent company for her, though.
I saw that when I went back and read more carefully. I hope you find her a good rooster.Yes, I would be hatching her eggs.
I thank you so much! The pictures really give me such a better idea of how big everyone is. The lavender bantam ameraucanas seem so perfect. She is so so cute! I have never heard of that breed but wow, how darling is she! I would suggest getting a few friendly bantam hens for her in the meantime while you wait until you can find more Pycheons!
My smallest bantams are ameraucanas and banty ameraucana/silkie crosses! They are so cute too and about pigeon sized. Smaller than silkies. They seem very friendly as well. They might be an option for you if you can find a good breeder of bantam ameraucanas near you.
lol I really need to take some pics of my birds again. These were the best I could find that show scale of the lavender bantam ameraucana girl near silkies.
She is very pretty!
