Red butt and rubber eggs?

I am a new chicken mom and I need some help. I adopted 5 pullets in October of last year. I noticed that 3 of them were pecking the other 2 (white ones) around the cloaca area. They were loosing feathers and bleeding!! So I separated them until they healed and that seemed to solve the pecking-on/ picking-on problem. However, their feathers have still not grown back yet. They are all appx. 1 year old now and started laying eggs almost 2 months ago. The big one, or Cankles as I call her, has had a red raw butt for a few weeks. She lays jelly eggs and regular eggs back and fourth; more so jelly sine I re-located the 2 (as it turned out they were) roosters. The other 2 have been laying fine. The other white one that was getting pecked hasn’t grown her feathers back either, but her butt is not as red or raw. Diarrhea for both sometimes. Haven’t noticed any discharge or mites, lice, and I try to keep their cage clean and dry (in CA so it’s not hard to do!) I want to know if I should fork out the dough and take her to the vet because it hasn’t resolved and I am beginning to become worried. I will definitely take her if she needs it, but would rather not if possible. Would like to know what the seasoned pros think and appreciate any feedback. Thank you for your time and attention!!

Those are Cornish X. Meat birds.

What are you feeding, treats included, & how often?

Are you supplementing them extra calcium with oyster shells in a separate container?

Yes, she is a BIG girl tho. Almost 18lbs
I feed them their eggshells crushed up in the feed for Calcium. I was feeding the Dumor 16%layer crumbles then switched to Putin’s Layena with oyster included (redness started before the switch).
Then I put a little layer of Producers Pride Scratch grains on top and scattered in the run and Flock Party Mealworms for treats. Occasionally, I will give them a piece of fruit (apple, banana or their fav. GRAPES). Very appreciative for your help!!

I'd suggest adding oyster shell in a separate container. They have more calcium then eggshells.

How often is occasionally, when you give them treats?

For meat birds to survive, you NEED to limit food. No treats, and feed them according amounts twice daily. They probably have raw butts because there legs are failing them and sitting on the ground all the time.
Meat birds don't live long as pets, you can do you best, but they usually only live 2 years, sometimes more but depends on the care.
I'm not experienced here, but hopefully others can help to.

Yes food restrictions are important.
