Red Columbian- Autosexing Potential? An Experiment

The Standard states that for undercolor "Red, but for the back which has a bar of slate."

Ok, so the sexing method isn't perfect- there are two more cockerels than anticipated.
But 3 cockerels to 10 pullets is still an elusive victory in any setting. :th
Lots of nice pullets there...

Perhaps the best way is to create Autosexing Buckeyes, perhaps you should name them Buckbars.

Here is a Rose Comb Rhodebar F1 rooster(RC RIR crossed with Rhodebar)

Unfortunately, I'm afraid to cross my birds, due to the rarity. I may try though, using the Dominique bantams (since that is what I have.)
It is still considered Autosexing without any barring, as long as you can sex it fairly well though, right?
I want to try and breed the birds with the most defined patterning as chicks to see how it will turn out.
I am actually fairly accurate at sexing wildtype chicks as well.
