Reposting better photos: hen or rooster

Found appears to be a young barred rock (thank you folks for the breed iD) chicken. Mixed opinions on rooster or hen.

Looks more like a bantam game rooster to me. Depends how old it is.

The comb is a lot bigger than a hen is supposed to be. If it's a bantam. Also if its as young as I think it is, the comb and wattle is definitely to big to be a hen.
