Thanks so much for the fun day Shawn!!  And thanks Bonnie for the gorgeous blue orp cockrel & pullet, sexlink and EE!! I have some great variety in my little flock now.  And big thanks for the fun little chicks for my kiddos, they were super excited to be able to take some home (we already had 2 bantam chicks).  Time to get a house in the country so I can keep them all, othewise some will have to find new homes this fall...  BTW, can anyone tell me what kind of chick the black one in the back of the pic is??

I actually won a 19.95 gift cert to chicken house. Would have liked eggs better lol. I did pick up some pre ordered hens while I was there and some blue eggs from Bonnie.

Those blue orp chicks----my buyer has still not shown up. It is kinda ticking me off. If he does not show I will pm you and give you first dibs (blue orps from pawtraitart)

She said she still has the blue orp eggs available. Do you hatch at all? I would be glad to hatch some out for you. I have people who would buy the rest in a heartbeat if I got a dozen plus from her. I am up in Blackfoot quite often to see family. Just putting the thought out there if you wanted. I did not meet you at chickenstock.....are you in one of the pictures? I am in the first one of two girls, on the right with long dark (wind blown) hair lol

To top it off, Bonnie (aka Azriel) sold me a beautiful 4 month Ameraucauna pullet. She's so pretty, resembles an eagle so we named her Liberty, we'll call her Libby

Also scored 2 medium sized dog crates for $7.00 each! What a deal!

Had a great time, Candlewood Suites was wonderful. Next time I'm in Idaho Falls, will definately stay there again.

I noticed that! Unfortunately, the eggs were not breeds I was looking for---and I try to stick with BYC breeders..... Whoever got the Garry Farms eggs was making me jealous! I have lavender ameraucanas from her and they are the bomb!! But I am glad I won something, it made me happy because I never win anything either.

You made a haul on your tickets, way to go!! It was a fun time. Next time we do need to have a BYC table so we have somewhere to go find each other. It is so fun to put the face with the username on here!

Next year it would be great if you did not use the Rocky Mountain name, both of the Western Poultry Clubs with that name do have issues with you using their name.

Maybe you could call it the Idaho Falls Chicken Stock.

There are so many businesses out this way that are Rocky Mountain something or other...it is not trademarked.....it really does describe the area of people attracted to the event. It is the name of our region, kind of hard to stop people from using the term....I wonder why they do not like it? More attention drawn to them if anything, you think they would be thrilled.
