I just hatched my first backyard flock. They are about three weeks old now. Sadly, yesterday my runt came up missing. I couldn’t find her anywhere! So sad bc she was my favorite! The other ones, I am thinking a couple at least are Roos but would like some insight. Two of whitish ones are mix starlight where egger hen and Colombian Wyandotte roo. The other white one is Easter egger mom and dad either welsummer or lavender Orpington.
The brown chick is welsummer roo dad and I think Easter egger mommy. The black one is blue Andalusian mommy and either welsummer or Orpington dad.
On a side note, yesterday evening when I went to take pics (the same day they other one canned missing in the morning) the black bird’s neck was raw and bleeding like it got pecked to pieces. He’s inside the house getting wound care and lovins’. I am wondering if maybe that’s what happened to the little one that morning though I never found the little chick. I noticed the other day my 8wk old sapphire gems were bullying them a little. So I don’t know. We also have neighborhood cats that might have scaled the fence.

The one in the second picture and front of the third picture looks like cockerels to me.
I agree. OP, I'm glad you're taking care of the little black chick and have separated it. It will definitely need TLC and that wound will take a long time to heal. If you need help, the medical emergencies forum is that place to ask.

Sorry about losing your little runt. Same thing happened to me a couple months ago, I cried for some time. It was the only one I named, though I suppose it didn't have a good chance -- it had a broken leg that stuck out sideways when we got them at one week old. The other chicks picked on her because of that, so she didn't eat a ton and was smaller than the rest. Several times we had to separate her and nurse her back to health, pet her and sing to her to make her want to live. She made it to four and a half months, and I thought she would be fine, at that point she actually got kind of cocky and chipper and stopped getting bullied.

Then one fateful night my human baby had a high fever that spiked to 104, I was busy panicking in the house, and completely forgot to shut the chicken coop. There's coyotes, cats, and stray dogs in our area. She never showed up again. She was probably a New Hampshire red. We called her chicken little. She was very sweet. I loved holding her...

So sad to hear! It is hard to lose them even when they are still really young. It was my just loss so it is harder.
