Roos???

I’m going crazy trying to determine if these two are Roos! The first one is a Columbian Wyandotte and the second is a Gold Sex Link. I have mild concerns about some of the others (I have 13 three week old chicks total) but these two were the last to get feathers. Do females ever have delayed feathering? I’m hoping so because the Wyandotte is my favorite chick in the bunch. Super sweet and goofy! What do you all think?

With sex links white chicks (white fluff) are usually males and brown or yellow chicks are female. I don't know about your other one though.
