Rooster laying eggs

It has all the signs of a rooster the beard, the saddle feathers. The attitude attacks everything Spurs things and it is my only chicken that I own. It's an indoor chicken and one day we left for the whole day he was in his cage and I came back and there was an egg in it
Polish chickens can be either bearded or non-bearded. It's not determined by gender, it's by the variety. Both genders of many breeds can have spurs. If this one is your only chicken and no one is pranking you (Polish lay much smaller eggs than what you generally see in stores, so a big egg is a clue) then your "rooster" is definitely female!
EDIT to add: Chickens are not meant to be solos. They naturally seek the safety of a flock. If your hen is showing aggressive attitude, it's likely because she's alone, at least according to her internal programming.

It can't be a pullet. It's almost 8 months old and one in every 10,000 chickens is a hermaphrodite
Look up the National Geographic study. It's fascinating! A truly hermaphroditic chicken only has male features on one side (like leg spurs) and more delicate female features on the other. Those are the 1 in 10,000. Hens showing male tendencies have more to do with underdevelopment/damage to the left ovary, but are genetically female. According to the study, true hermaphrodites cannot lay eggs, while the ones with damaged ovaries often can. Either way, you have a unique little lady, there ... and she's awfully pretty, to boot!

I thought this was a joke, maybe it's not. So, It doesn't have any signs of being a rooster, it doesn't have hackle and saddle feathers, it has female specific color and feathers. And where are these spurs you speak of? Anyway, you have a pullet not a cockerel or rooster. Congratulations?
By the way, this is what a golden laced polish male looks like, see pic:

Yes thank you! Looks just like my hen. And that roo is very handsome

So I have a Polish chicken. I bought about 7 or 8 months ago and it is a rooster and it started laying eggs todayView attachment 4088496View attachment 4088498
Look at how thin the legs are as another sign. A dainty, lovely lady. But yes polish really can have spurs. I have a mottled houdan female with massive spurs. She is 2 years old and I had both a roo and a hen of those and they definitely look different but he was a jerk that had to be given away after he attacked my three year old.
