Safe foods for Muscovy ducks

Hello, I was wondering what other safe fruit/vegetable goodies I can feed to my muscovy ducks. If anyone can provide a list for me I would be very grateful!

Like chickens, they can have pretty much anything, within reason.

They enjoy vegetables from your garden, such as kale, lettuce, cabbage, tomatoes, squash, pumpkin, table scraps, scrambled eggs, fruits like bananas, apples (without the seeds), etc. Treats should be kept to a minimum so they get their nutrition from their feed.
