Same problem but worse

Any way you can get some fencing and make a temporary enclosure for this one female where they can all still see each other? It’s sad she is being treated like this it has to be stressful and maybe why she isn’t laying. Or put the 2 female together and have what we call drake jail or option number 3 rehome the drake or the female he is being aggressive to. It can’t be a very good life for her is she is constantly being harassed and picked on.

Probably not fencing as we rent the house and can’t dig into the garden and put whatever we want.

Sounds like a bonded pair and he just doesn’t want this female around. How old are these Mallards? Is this their first breeding season? I know most domestic ducks don’t pair up. But I am not sure if Mallards that are domestic do or not. Do you know since you have them?

This is their first season. I don’t know as this is my first time raising ducks. The eggs we hatched them from come from a farm.

Dog Xpen? Cover top with netting. Maybe next spring if this is their first breeding season he’ll accept her. Any thoughts on rehoming?i know it’s very hard for some of us to do this it is for me. But sometimes it’s the best solution all round.
