Scruffy looking new roo. Pot, mange, molting?

The more i learn about these chickens, the less i like their old owner. The roo's wings are clipped, but they clipped part of his wing itself, too! I hope that was an accident
They don't have names, i got a text today from the lady i picked them up from

If the scabs are on the bottom of the feet, then it's likely bumblefoot. If you can post pictures of the feet, then we could tell. If it's bumblefoot they will need to be cleaned out and treated in order to heal.

Yeah, i figured we're going there next.
I don't know how involved i want to get i this guy, though. There are plenty of other roosters out there and this guy's been treated so badly, he's got to be sort of neurotic.

Maybe I'm weird but if I had a rooster like that I would give him a little time and space (separate from hens) to recover and see how it goes from there. Pain and discomfort can affect their behavior... Sorry I can't be of much help with the healing process except to say that a clean stress free environment can do wonders for their overall health. Red streaks makes me think infection from the bumblefoot, but not an expert on that.
