Hello. Do you have any chicks left? I hatched 2 seramas from my set of serama parents and one of the 2 day old babies passed away unexpectedly this afternoon. I am worried the baby I have left will get lonely....I have no other chicks her age. I love my small flock like they are kids. If you have any left (am just looking for one for my current baby as a friend
) I would love to hear fron you
. Thank you
.
Awwww, he is too cute! I actually have 6 serama eggs in the incubator, so I am hoping to give my little peep some buddiesView attachment 1753918
Are you still interested in a single chick? I have a 2 week old Serama cockriel who is alone.
The picture was from hatch day, i’ll Post a new one later.
Do you still carry seramas? My Serama hens are sitting on 8 eggs (They're in the same nest sharing) 6 eggs look really good, we can see the chicks moving. They are scheduled to hatch in about a week and a half. The parents are in my avatar. They will be available for sale.
Unfortunately, mine are almost 7 yrs old and have all but stopped laying. I think the roo stopped doing the "deed" quite a while ago.Do you still carry seramas?
Darn, lol we just came across this breed and we live in the suburbs where homes are a little tight so we’re limited on space and have quail, we were wondering if they are as quiet as the quail? And in NJ what do you do in the winter? Just provide a heater ?Unfortunately, mine are almost 7 yrs old and have all but stopped laying. I think the roo stopped doing the "deed" quite a while ago.
My 4 Seramas live with 6 large hens (including Brahmas and an Orpington). They hold their own in regards to attitude and climate. I do have 2 coop heat panels in the coop for overnight but they are out in the run all day. As far as noise, no difference between them and the others no matter the size. No such thing as a quieter rooster. Don't get a roo if noise is going to be a problem.Darn, lol we just came across this breed and we live in the suburbs where homes are a little tight so we’re limited on space and have quail, we were wondering if they are as quiet as the quail?
