How old is he? That's a pretty red comb and wattles, I'm sure thinking it's a cockerel. Hope you can have roosters where you live, he's going to grow up to be a gorgeous boy.

I think I see pointed hackle and saddle feathers but I could be wrong. With that red of comb and wattles, tho I'm guessing roo irregardless. Like said it's probably slow developing.

Tail feathers say rooster, though the comb and wattles are small. Must be a cold-weather breed

I would recommend having a vet look at that back, especially if your breeding as this might be an SOP fault in your line.

Idk what's going on with its back. If it was a hen I'd say worse case of being overbred I'd ever seen
