Show me your duck coops/pens so u can help other people like me get ideas

@farmincity I am serious about you submitting pics and story behind your little garden and duck area to Back Yard Poultry mag. I have taken that mag for years and have never seen anything like you have done in it. I think they'd like it.

I will consider it Lydia. I have plans next year to possibly do a duck ponic set up beside the pool. I had Koi ponds for years so I have the knowledge of how biological filtration works. I have collected most of the items except for the plumbing and gravel. My Income is so limited that purchase of the gravel is a big thing.
I wish I knew of younger healthier persons that were interested in learning such things. That would enjoy helping me. I have plans to use the garden for educational purposes for children next season. Kids need to know where their food comes from and vegetables are good. I feel the Runners will make the kids enjoy the garden more as well. Who can not smile when watching them fun down the garden row.

I have plans to build an addition for the run, but that probably won't happen until next spring. As for now, my six Saxony ducks (3 months old) seem to enjoy their run with a fenced in play area out back.

I'm sure it will be a big hit, it's so magical to begin with the kids will love it and then the Runners will be like icing on top of cake.

This is my coop, both doors in front open for easy cleaning. I use a tarp on the floor, and gather it like a bag once a week to dump in my garden. They free range all day on the pond, garden and yard. At night, the shutters close and lock. It sleeps 6 comfortably.
