Hello! I created this thread for anyone that wants to show off their wins! Poultry showing season is right around the corner, so let's get in the spirit! Please share pictures, name of show, etc. Waterfowl, poultry, quail, anything!

I love the bearded breeds! If you didn't know, they make special cage cups for bearded breeds for shows. It has a special barrier on the edge to keep them from getting their beard wet. You should get some if you haven't already!

I took a group of Jersey Giants to our first show this spring. BB, RB in both the white and blue card shows. My homebred cockerel also took Reserve American in the blue card show.

I have been trying to find shows around me but I have not successfully found any. I have a Buckeue rooster who is just such a beautiful bird with an amazing temperament.

He is a pure Buckeye rooster with the red eyes that current Buckeyes have been losing over time.

I didn’t know about that!
I use water bottles with nipples drilled in that I use small bungies to attach to the cage so their beards are always dry at shows (even though they are often getting them wet at home) but perhaps, this would be less bulky.
