Even though God has decided to STILL BLESS US WITH SNOW in the mon of May I soldier on with the BBQ! Being from Canada I still BBQ all winter.
Here is a nice Burger On an Artisan roll from Costco from Monday.

Well yesterday I made a batch of 30% Honey Whole Wheat bread. Nothing better, the first few slices buttered with molasses and a cold drink of milk Mmm!

Between raising my bread I placed a couple of chickens on the BBQ. My youngest granddaughter won’t eat any meat but rotisserie chicken so of course Papa had to bring her a rotisserie chicken. The kisses and hugs From her and big sister are always worth it.

Today baked a double batch of Cinnamon rolls. We use Tea biscuit for the pastry. The lovely wife instructed me today. Lol she watched over my shoulder. After all these are her recipes.

Anyone have a good recipe for Potato Salad? Looking for one that has eggs in it and no onion.

pepper
salt
Real mayo
Vinegar
Colemans dry mustard ( to taste)
French's yellow mustard
Grey poupon

Thank you. I haven't made potato salad in a while but I was thinking about making deviled eggs too. We have an overload on eggs right now.
