Sick hen

One of my hens has been sick for about a week now. She started off extremely lethargic, barely eating or drinking, very pale comb and runny poop. I’ve been giving her electrolytes, isolated her prior to today, and also given her a bath to wash off the poop on her bottom. Her vent didn’t appear prolapsed but was red. Is there anything else I can do? Is there any hope she’ll get better and any idea what she’s sick with? She seems to be slowly improving. She’s eating and drinking more the last couple days, her comb isn’t as pale and she’s not as lethargic but definitely still out of it. Her feathers are also down. My other 8 chickens are fine. She hasn’t laid an egg in awhile.

In one picture she looks like she may be starting to molt. Her tail is down also telling that she doesn’t feel well or is having some reproductive issue. There is no need to keep her separated unless she is being picked on. I would give her a human calcium citrate tablet or a Tums orally in case she is trying to lay an egg. Offer some wet chicken feed, and either a little cooked egg or a small bit of canned tuna. Post a picture of her droppings if you can.

Did you find anything that helped? Was she eggbound?
We have a Wyandotte @maybe 3 1/2 y/o.(got from husbands neice yr and a half back) She’s not laid eggs in about a yr.
Wk before last, was fine, roaming around, free ranging. Sing mid last week, not getting into coop @bedtime, so I’ve been putting into coop @nite. Still has appetite, but very picky @WHAT and how much she’ll eat.
All getting herbal mix in water. Been giving her @least 1/2 syringe of NutriDrench daily. About to give a dose of Liquid B12 & a dose of NutriDrench. She’s inside, in quiet are. When picked up, could feel prominently feel breast bone.
At a loss to what may be wrong w/her?
