Sickly 2 Month Poult

Hi everyone. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. He is 2 months old, a bit lethargic, ruffled feathers. Isn't currently eating as well as he should. Drooping tail and wings. Sits puffed up when resting. Other than that he grazes, and keeps up with the other 2. He just looks unwell. White part of poop a bit yellow. We are in South Africa so blackhead is really very rare. He just came off a 5 day course of Baytril. Thank you so much.

Symptoms sound similar to coccidiosis. My recommendation is to treat all of them with Corid.
