I have a pair of frizzle silkies that I got at the flea market about 2 1/2-3 months back. The rooster was and still is way bigger than the pullet. The pullet then had only a few feathers and looked generally unhealthy because most of what feathers she had were pin feathers. He told me it’s fine and that’s just how they look when they are babies and that once her feathers came in she would look normal. Fast forward to now, she hasn’t really grown much at all and is still tiny compared to the roo and has feathered out but still has lots of pin feathers. I thought she was still too young to be laying let alone go broody and today I find her sitting on some eggs! I pick her up and her body temp is obviously elevated so I put her in with the roo who had been separated and he immediately mounted her! Now, my question is what would her eggs look like? I haven’t noticed any new tiny eggs and I don’t see how something as small as her could lay an egg the same size as the rest of my chickens! I’ve looked online and can’t find any good pictures comparing. Can y’all please share some pictures of yours with me?

Pictures? Silkies are not frizzle. You shouldn't breed frizzle to frizzle. The offspring will have brittle feathers.
This is not mine because I don’t have a picture of mine but this is exactly what they look like! I googled black frizzle silkie and a lot of pictures came up. I’ll post some pics of mine later when I can take some.

I have silkies ,
The smaller one and the biggest one lay the same size “small “eggs .

I’d put the rooster with your big hens .. maybe he’ll learn some manners from them

My auntie is 5 feet tall and had 9pound babies ..... :)
My rooster has been enclosed with 3 of my golden comets since I got him. I only just put the little silkie in with him yesterday after catching her trying to sit on eggs and i haven’t even seen an egg she laid yet!

What should the skin and toe color be?
Yes, he looks the same only twice her size.

Black skin and 5 toes are normal for silkies. Cochins (full bred) have yellow skin and 4 toes. Bantam cochins are the more common breed to be frizzle feathered, which is why I'm suspecting that you have a cross between the two breeds, and from the looks of the one you said yours looks like. That one looks like a cross.
Also relating to size, cochins come in standard size and bantam size, as do silkies, although most silkies are rather small.

That is what I believe I call a sizzle, which is often a cross bred as mentioned with a Cochin.
