Yes I removed the paper towel added Neosporin. It is still breathing will get a pic shortly

It is finally free of it's shell and most of the membrane. Poor thing is wore out. Keep forgetting to take my phone for a pic but will get one here shortly. Thanks everyone that responded. This was only my second hatch and my first assist aside from helping finish a zip which don't seem like much compared to what this little guy and I went through these past 12 hours.

Any advice on how to get the rest of that membrane off? It's stuck to it's head, eye, and back.

Warm water and some q-tips. If chicks been like that for a while and isnt fluffing up it may have goop thats gluing its fluff down. Ive tried washing it off before Time will take care of that better than washing

Sorry for the delay, all is well. Doing much better than I anticipated. I thought there may be some lasting effects but the chick bounces all over with the rest. Thanks all for tips, advice and your guidance.
