Last night I noticed my 9month old EE's eyes were a bit swollen with the surrounding area red. I did notice an old peck mark far above her eye, but it's almost completely healed up; though she is towards the bottom of the "Coop System" lol. Besides the swelling, she's eating/drinking normally. Is this be something I should be concerned about or could this be due to weather changes or allergies?

Multiple things could have cause it.
1. Ran into something, ei; bush, stick, etc.
2. Bit by snake
3. Infection, not likely
4. A cold
5. Pecked by another chicken

They're in an enclosed run without any bushes, or such... we don't have snakes either😅

It is a bit cold where we are, but it doesn't get below 30°...

I'd keep watch on it.

You can rinse the eye with saline, remove any debris or pus, then Terramycin eye ointment in the eye. Do this 1-2 times a day.
