I really have to sneak this one past the wife. She will kill me for buying a 3000 dollar bird. Does not matter they can live for 40 years.

Nope she dont spent that kind of money on herself. She cares more for her pets.She is against having a raven simply because they do not belong in captivity and btw, she loves ravens.
