Anyone else can't help but start thinking of ideas for warm meals... for the chickens?

Got some leftover rice, thinking of making some oatmeal, too.

I know my birds will be fine so I don't give them anything warm. But I have been giving them canned sardines every few days.

I have idiots for chickens! They get let out every day and generally they will go stay in the covered area of their respective pens if its raining. Not today! Nope I have some soaked roosters and a few hens.

Hope everyone got through this cold spell! Still got one more night of freezing temps but should be back to near normal till next week.
