I forget some here are new to Moony.
This is this year. So far I've hatched a total of 319 chicks for the year.

I've always been lucky to not get many problems I guess.
I just deal with what comes up like everyone else.
I did get mites once in a smaller 6 pen breeding pen set up. That scared the crap out of me.
Of course it was mostly wooden with lots of cracks and gaps that I thought I'd never be able to get rid of them from. I could just see it spreading to everyone and everywhere.
I went to work and got some spray that someone said to use and sprayed down all those birds. Cleaned the pens and sprayed it all down and then the pen and birds next to them.
I went to treat the second time but couldn't find any mites then. I treated anyways but never had that issue further.
Another time one pen with about 50 birds got fowl pox but it was the lesser kind and didn't spread either. I didn't even treat them just kept an eye on them and they all healed up and survived.
