Ball game today that we will attend. Probably the last time I will see grandson play college ball. He's done extremely well, and the team has been okay, but have fallen short in conference play. The team they play today is 25/4 and 14/0 in conference. Double header on Sat. against a team that is 20/9 and 12/2 in conference. It would take a miracle for them to make the playoffs. Saturday is 'Senior' day. The Princess will be there, but there's a field trial at the club where I am needed. Definitely not a good position to be in.

Sounds like some super tough teams for the boys to be up against. I'll keep my fingers crossed for them!

Being pulled between the ball games and the club is rough. Hope the day goes well for both.

I was out watering our veggies and one tomato plant already has a flower on it so that's promising. The cilantro I planted looks like it's struggling (it was the last one they had and wasn't in super shape when we bought it) but other things are growing and looking good.

Today I'm hoping to firm up some travel plans for a trip in June. Flight reservations and a car are already lined up but still have to arrange accommodations. Hope my credit card survives.

Could there be a miracle in the making? They beat the 'unbeatable' team 12/8. Play them again tomorrow and then a double header against the second best team in the conference on Saturday. "Hope springs eternal -------".
