We have some sunshine now, along with plenty of humidity.

I drank lots of coffee, cleaned the cat box, got chicken out of the freezer for dinner tomorrow and chatted with DH when he popped in for lunch.

It's been an exhausting day.

Well, you do have 3 cats. That's a lot of litter.

Thanks, Debby! I'm getting there. I'm still a bit uncomfortable, but it's not as intolerable as it was. I'm hoping a couple more days and maybe I can get back working. It just makes you realize how quickly health can change and to try not take it for granted.

The battery in my pickup died so I was walking with the dogs to the coffee shop this morning and some lady started cussing me out. The coffee shop is super cute though, and they have doughnuts. It's amazing how quickly yelling lady becomes a non-issue once coffee and doughnuts are involved.

Yeah, we are seeing bigger dents in our wallet after shopping too. I am thankful for the deals we do find though.

I was out watering our veggies and one tomato plant already has a flower on it so that's promising. The cilantro I planted looks like it's struggling (it was the last one they had and wasn't in super shape when we bought it) but other things are growing and looking good.

Today I'm hoping to firm up some travel plans for a trip in June. Flight reservations and a car are already lined up but still have to arrange accommodations. Hope my credit card survives.

I hope you get some good veggies this year!

Good morning, DMC, IM, Sour, Sue, Ron, Kelsey, and Jen. I will see you all later. We have a lot of storm cleanup this morning and probably a trip to Home Depot if there is time.

I hope the cleanup goes well!

I am going through the jury duty process here. Today I had an online appt. to see If I was going to come in on Monday for the Jury picking process. Of course I do!

I did some Costco shopping today and made sure to get a big bag of Jasmine rice before the price jumps sky high soon.
