My plans for a hot cup of coffee and wrapping up in a quilt didn't pan out like I expected. The 1/2 & 1/2 had soured and ruined my coffee and wrapping up in a quilt just put me to sleep.

My next plan is to do something productive. Maybe that will work.

Hi Ron, I didn't know Costco did haircuts. But then I haven't been in one for years, don't have a membership.

I went to great clips after going to costco.

Our costco has hearing aids, optometry, Pharmacy, Gas and a tire shop.

As does ours - I have taken advantage of all but the tire shop. We have an 'employee owned' tire shop that is even cheaper than Costco.

Its only supposed to be 87 today. I see a couple of high 70s in our extended forecast and a low in the high 40s. Fingers crossed. Yesterday we got up to a 100 even though our high was supposed to be 98. I wonder if we will have any fall or winter weather or will we just go straight into spring?

We have fire warnings for the weekend. We also had bad air quality on Saturday from a fire a couple of hundred miles north of us. I almost got the n95 mask out!

We are in a fire watch the next 2 days as it’s going to be windy. It is dry here. I am glad we got done with harvest on Sunday. My son still has some tillage left but it won’t get done unless it rains. The ground is like concrete.
