Having a bread knife means you have to make more homemade bread...it's a commitment.

I don’t mind making bread, it’s easy and has ingredients I can pronounce. Plus I found a single loaf recipe I really like. The summer though I don’t have enough storage to freeze bread to get us through the worst of it. I imagine we will switch to store bought then.

That looks like the one that disappeared from my house but I don’t remember the brand. I loved it!
