I'd rather drive the 10 mile round trip into town than live in the city again a mile from most any store I need to shop.

Yea, my daughter and her husband want to build on this place before too awful long but I'm 15 miles from town. I know they make two or three trips to a store where they are now in town every day. That won't work once they're out here.
