Added fresh straw to the duckys yesterday in hopes to soak up water. Needless to say the girls approve!

I have a thing for shearing sheds. We don't have barns here but I would love one!I love barns!
Be sure to wear your heavy coats!Xaiden has been wanting to roast marshmallows recently... Might be a good night for a fire.

@Tooshay89 this is the size of the Silkies here. They're about 7 months old now.

Here's something more budget friendly. Plus I've been looking for Runner eggs. All the Runner eggs I find are pretty expensive and are "high" quality. I'm just looking to add color to the current flock, pet quality is fine. Anywho, these are a potential cross, but it's okay too. The 2 drakes are a Blue Runner and Silver Mallard Call. I don't get where the mallard part comes in, but he's awfully cute.

These are their offspring. It's still pretty easy to tell what's a Runner and a cross. Even the crosses are pretty cute.

All those dux pictures remind me its time to clean and oil my firearms..Such cute crosses! All of these duck pictures keep reminding me that I need to build my duck house. I think I have an idea now for what I'd like to build.
That's so cool. Welcome to the world little one!All fluffy now:

Fluffy and fearless! This little thing is not afraid. Walked right up to my cat and started to bite its whiskers.
And its feet are gigantic, lol. I wish I had a 'regular' chick I could take a comparison picture with.
