That thought has entered my mind before but I still feel safer having it with me instead of not having it at all.

I pray that she gets better soon.

I wish you had your ducks close enough to a power source so that they could have heated water buckets. Mine have 7 along with 7 different places to get out of the weather and 7 different places to find feed bowls. That way with all the different types I have if someone doesn't like someone else they have options to stay away from them. So far they all seem to like each other just fine. I just pray that the adult Wood Ducks next week fit in nicely with them. I got two, a male and female so that they would at least have one friend in the pen, each other.

I try to always have mine on me too, but there's a reason I called my homestead Fallingdown Heights!

So far, knock on wood, I haven't landed on it. I mostly land on my rear or my face.

My husband already has tomatoes growing in his shop along with peppers and the cucumbers are blooming. I am excited to see if they make it to full grown. The peppers already have but the last tomato when it was smaller got dry rot on the bottom of it. So far these are doing well still.

Isn't that a little too early? - Is he using artificial light?

Usually, when it is really nasty outside i am wearing my overall which has a pocket over my chest and i put the phone in there. It is more likely that i end up on my butt than on my chest...

I don't have a paved driveway but there are massive slabs of rock all over the place.

Usually, when it is really nasty outside i am wearing my overall which has a pocket over my chest and i put the phone in there. It is more likely that i end up on my butt than on my chest...

I never know which way I'll fall. I think I've bruised every part of my body so far!
