They're cockerels, aren't they?

I have three BYM that I'm pretty sure are cockerels. Figured I'd ask the experts here for your thoughts. They're nearly 4weeks old.

Any thoughts on possible breeds would be welcome too!

My guesses are the:

The first chick is likely male since the comb is dark for the age . .

The black chick I think I see a bit of wattles, but it may just be lighter marking under the chin and I can't see the comb in the picture, keep an eye on it. . .

In the third picture, the light colored chicks comb still looks pale so could be a pullet . . .the black and white, the comb seems to be getting darker, so possibly male . . . is it the same chick as the second picture?

I'm still learning myself, but like to guess.

The black chick is the same one! I was reading leg colour mattered sometimes so added an older one of its legs.

I'd love if the light coloured one was a pullet. It's so chunky. I'm thinking Brama or cochin mix possibly.

The brown chick I'd written off as a pullet just because of its colour. Left for thr weekend and came home to that comb staring at me!

This waiting game is awful haha

Most chickens have combs and wattles . . .it's the size and dark color at an early age that indicates male.

Some hens' combs and wattles will darken as they mature and get ready to lay eggs.

As far as I know leg color doesn't have anything to do with gender, but the size/thickness of the legs can indicate male . . . but that only helps when all chicks are the same breed. Leg color and feathering can help in narrowing down the breed though.

Apparently with the Dominique breeds have different coloured legs based on gender.
I don't know what this one is so figured I'd add the leg pictures incase they were relevant.

The other chicks have growing combs but they're a more yellow tint while these three are getting kind of pink.

I know time is the only way to tell for sure, but I can't help but try to figure it out beforehand.

I get it trust me . . .I posted weekly until I was sure which were males . . .also, they're cute and no one really complains about seeing pictures of chicks, so . .why not.

ETA: I didn't know that about Dominiques I'll add it to my mental notes.
