Give it a jar of marshmallow fluff. It will shut it up, and make it hyper inside. Not destructive, just annoying. (I have never done this to a neighbor's dog, but I have done it to a sibling's dog. Payback's a motherclucker.)


(And obviously do not do it too often. Fluff is not healthy. But occasionally hurts no one.)
