It wont. I have gone outside lots of times with wet hair and I have yet to get pneumonia.

I go outside with no hair and I'm "fine", even in the rain

I don't use a blowdryer, remember? I take that back. We used to go for a ride after taking showers. So, the Harley was the blow dryer.

Didn't do much for the health of our hair, but I learned the tracks of getting the tangles out .... And the bugs. And occasional bird. Even a bat.

i have been known to use the air vents in my car, or hang my head out the window
