I saw this one at TSC a month or so ago.

It's about the same size as in the OP and less expensive.
I was pretty impressed with it, being a longtime and ardent criticizer of all prefab coops, that's saying a lot.
The biggest plus is the metal roof with decent overhangs.
It also has taller space inside and some ventilation.
But the question is....
I'm 5'2. Would I be able to walk into the run?

I am Honestilly thinking about the Prairie House, and I will do some modifications to it.

That is very similar to the one I linked - only it is on the ground. Maybe producer's prde is coming out with better products? Or at least this line is better. The one above also has higher roosts. The wood seems better too. Still thin though.

Probably not, I don't even think there's a people door to the run.
Yeah, the run is not stellar, but the coop is much better than the prairie,
you could build a better run with the money you save.

I haven't een the one you mentioned at our local tsc, but see if they have this one. It seemd good for a prefab. Plus, my store had it on manager's special for $350. It is the producer's pride ranch.

Yes, they seem to be.
Your link looks like same design improvements.

In my personal opinion on this coop you are conciderng to buy, I would Not get it. It's is very adorable and cute but too small. I do understand the breed youre sisters getting, however, for the amount you'd like to spend for your sister.

Wouldn't it be best to get something that would be more reliable and sturdy, plus a bit of elbow room?

Everyone has great opinions and awesome suggestions. Please consider and weigh on them carefully. After all, money well spent is best than regret.
Also, based on what I read from your replies to your OP, it seems that you are dead set on getting it.

Whatever you choose, know that in any coop you get can always be altered or improved. Built ones does last longer.

All the best in your best decision. I have already voted.

Look, I am not set on this coop. But I don't have, nor does any family members, any handy anything at all. I can hammer a nail and staple some wire, that's about it.
But I do need something Thats super easy to build(maybe a Pre-fab shed) or Prefab coop.

I just don't know how to tell my sister that she can't get this coop, she is set on it.

I looked it up.

Its this one right?

The house is only maybe 4x5 feet. They claim 12 to 15 chickens........ Um NO.

There are better ways to spend your money.

You do know that if you do decide to build the great folks on here will help walk you through it right?

If you do decide to build draw it out on graph paper.

I know you said you don't have building skills so likely no tools.
Just throwing ideas out there.
The plastic garden shed is a great idea by the way.
