As mentioned, direct oral dose of Liquid Corid is 0.10ml per pound of weight given orally twice a day for 3 days. This is in addition to the chicks drinking the Mixed Corid Water as the only source of drinking water.

I'd try to encourage her to eat her normal feed. Try it wet/mushy or dry. Applesauce may cause loose stools as it can act like a laxative, it won't hurt her or the others, just be aware if she has looser than normal poop it may be due to this. :)

Do you have photos of the poop?

Re-check the crop first thing in the morning, if it's still squishy and big, then I'd treat as Sour Crop.
Here’s pictures of the poop

How are they all doing this afternoon @blue_hydrangea_homestead?
They are doing alright. I did another corid drench as advised. I’ve checked on them about every hour and it fluctuates from them laying in a corner (and frankly giving me a scare!) and then they’ll be at the feeder and they are eating. Fran is so incredibly weak though she looks miserable poor thing 😥 but she’s eating on her own!!! That’s huge! Roz is about the same, she looks pitiful. And I think Poppy is about to lose her mind because she’s perfectly fine and every time I go out there and Fran and Roz are laying down, Poppy is wandering around making her sad chirpies… it’s like she wants them to play 🥺 but all in all I think they’re okay!

Sounds like they are improving! ❤️ Eating and drinking are good signs, birds sick or dying from Coccidiosis don't drink or eat. Keep up all the lovin' and keep us posted! 😊

I hope so!! Thanks so much for being so kind and checking in on them! I’ve been so lucky to never deal with this in my previous chickens but I really appreciate all the advice and knowledge shared!!

Here’s the videos of her today!

They still look a bit puffy in the videos but they don't look bad for day 2 on Corid water! Thanks for sharing and keep us posted!! :hugs ❤️

UPDATE: So actually when I just came back out here, Fran’s crop is not enlarged but it is just squishy in general. No sour smell or anything coming from her beak. Now, it was enlarged yesterday and squishy but since I couldn’t monitor her all day long she might have just been eating and it might have been the applesauce I gave her. What do you guys think? Should I treat for sour crop anyway or just wait?

And should I give them all another Corid drench?

It’s definitely affecting two now…
Yes, with that poop, I'd give them the direct Corid Drench for at least 3 days, twice a day. This is in addition to them drinking the mixed Corid water.

Re-check Fran's crop first thing in the morning before she's had anything to eat/drink. Hopefully it's going down.

I've found that sometimes with Coccidiosis in chicks, the crop is slow too. All the inflammation in the intestines I suppose. If her crop is still squishy, then I'd treat as Sour Crop. Miconazole or Clotrimazole twice a day for 7 days. Sometimes you don't smell the "sour" until yeast infection has taken hold and it can be a little more of a challenge to resolve. https://www.backyardchickens.com/ar...w-to-know-which-one-youre-dealing-with.73607/

Do your chicks have a source of Grit (Crushed Granite)?

Okay thanks so much!!! Is it safe to treat her for both at the same time? There’s nothing wrong with giving her other medicines in addition to Corid?

Yes, I give them chick grit (crushed granite) with their eggs and or yogurt mash.
