UnAbsorbed Yoke? Possibly help please

Hello, I have a chick that hatched this afternoon and hadn't been able to check on them as I hatched them out for family and didn't have a spot for them. But when I looked in I saw blood on the paper towel lining the incubator. When I looked further it was from the chick I haven't dealt with this before and I have no access to any type of poultry vet. I'm not sure what to do any help from people who have helped with this would amazing.

I have separated the chicks from this leghorn mix and it's in the brooder on paper towel currently. No others have this issue.

Here an ok picture not sure if I should move it too much so I was trying to be gentle with it any tips on how to get a better picture if you need it would help.

It was bleeding and the chick was originally on messy paper towels not sure what to do I've never seen this in person before

You can try tying a thread around the base of it, right next to the body, pull it tight as you can and secure with 2-3 square knots. Hopefully it dries up in a few days and it falls off. You’ll want to keep other chicks away so they don’t peck at/pull on it. Complications include hernia, peritonitis, other developmental defects, and guts coming out.

It sadly past away over night honestly I think it was it guts/intentensteins I'm not quite sure what was wrong with it

Oh no, I am so sorry.

When I saw those photos, my face dropped. The first to hatch during my second hatch came out the exact way your chick that passed away did, his intestines coming out as well. It was very sad, he ended up passing away. I figure it's pretty inevitable for chicks with organs outside of the body.

Yeah it is part of farming and raising things, I've had chickens for 9-10 ish years and been incubating/hatching for 5, this was my 4 th or 5 th hatch (gonna start another 2 in about a week for someone else) and I've lost two before for an unknown reason and one to splay leg (the thing where they can't stand properly) and I had 8 other chicks in there so it was hard to see as I didn't have a place to put the dried chicks as these were for family and my brooder is full of 2 week old ducks right now. I was praying it would get better but deep down I knew it wouldn't I made it as comfortable as I could and it seemed to past peacefully.

Exactly, and thank you for sharing! I definitely understand praying it would get better, I did the same for the little chick and some other chickens that have passed on as well, and did the same to make them as comfortable as possible. Good luck with your future hatches!
