URGENT 2 year old pet rooster suddenly shaking from head to toe. Please help.

I bathed him for about 2 weeks and used tweezers to try and pull out the bumble foot. The bumble foot wouldn't come out like a kernel because it was so flesh like and not hard enough. So I have waited two weeks. I am going to soak him again today and try and get it out.

Today my beloved pet rooster is looking way better. At least at this moment, he isn't shaking. His droppings are starting to look normal too. I am going to keep an eye on him and see if he starts acting weird again or not. He is moving slower today, but other than that he and a little bit of discoloration at the tip of his comb, his is acting normal.
He is right now free ranging with his flock.
Tonight I will soak his feet and try and remove the bumble foot.
I am also going to give him extra food again, separate from his flock, incase he's not eating enough.
