People say coyotes have been in this area, but I've never seen nor heard them here. I hear them on the other side of the river sometimes. Come to think of it, I haven't heard them in a long time.
This is a small community of 5 acre lots. It may be too populated for them.
Isn't it early for the peas? I think they will come up in May. But, I'm not the master gardener here, you are.I decided to remove the floating row cover from my brassica patch. Bok choi seems to thrive in the cool wet weather compared to the kale, collards, daikon radishes and cabbages. Lettuce grew a little better under the row cover compared to the unprotected lettuce plants near the onions and shallots.
