What’s wrong with their feet?

I have two silkies that have these spots on the bottom of their feet. I thought maybe bumblefoot but I don’t see a “scab” and it’s not hard? They aren’t limping

Yes! I scoop poop every other day and do a full clean out weekly

On this one this spot is the early formation of a bumble scab. It’s hard to see with the other one what’s going on.
