Silkie mix. He probably has some Cochin or d'Uccle in him to get heavy foot feathering like that.

I've heard polish and silkie. Maybe a mix. He has a giant afro that I'm constantly cutting just so he can see.

I haven't seen a rooster that looks anything like him.
