Some in here https://www.backyardchickens.com/threads/dressed-carcass-picture-chart.1325951/Ok, this is a really dumb follow-up question. I can't believe that I'm even asking.
Does anyone have a picture your steamed or cooked or unfeathered "yellow hair chicken" from your flock of known breeds?
There are no "dumb" questions. The dumb thing is to not ask such questions! Not everyone grew up doing this and learning from our parents/grandparents. My kids are not at all interested! Glad to have your questions, for my part.Ok, this is a really dumb follow-up question. I can't believe that I'm even asking.

I like how they have packaged them whole with heads and feet. Very clean! This way you can see the age of the bird by the comb and know it is not an old rooster. The brown chicken looks like a regular heritage breed with a sharp keel bone showing. The Kui Fei Chicken could easily be something like the Red Rangers, while the Rock chicken looks like a standard Cornish x Rock which is the breed chicken that you could get in the grocery store.I found these raw chicken photos on the 99 Ranch Market website with the following labels to help.

For me, being married to a Korean who is a first generation emigrant along with his mother..Yellow hair does not translate into the yellow feathers in the direct Chinese to English translation.
