Agreed on breeds for both, Speckled Sussex and Easter Egger (usually mislabeled as an Ameracauna, which they aren't) and if you can get clearer photos of both of them we can possibly help you sex them. I'd be inclined to say the Speckled Sussex is a cockerel, but the EE also seems to have a lot of deep pink going on the face too...

Okay well the one in your latest pics hiding behind the Easter Egger, is definitely a cockerel
