What breed(s) is my cockerel

We rescued our lovely cockerel Benjamin, but have no idea what breed he is , any ideas.

The only thing is that brown leghorns don’t have that little poof on top of his head whatever that is!!

Yeah I'm thinking mixed breed.. looks exactly like a brown leghorn except for the floof on his head. Could you update some clearer pictures, also so we could see leg coloring to help with breed IDing?

Brown leghorns also wouldn’t have white legs.

He looks like a cross with jungle fowl and something crested with flesh colored legs.
