I hatched this chicken back in August 2019** . Based on behavior I think it’s a rooster but who knows. Apparently he’s a mix, but of what? Feather black feet, green eyes. Pictures included.

My guess would be a Silkie/Cochin cross. Black feet and skin, Walnut comb, fifth toe, all say Silkie. The smooth feathers and barring could really be any bird, but, it seems, that silkies are often purposely crossed with bantam Cochins to get a "satin", or smooth feathered Silkie.
I'm useless at sexing silkies though, so maybe someone more knowledgeable will chime in.

I'd say rooster.... cross between some sort of Polish & Barred Rock. Beautiful bird though, I'd like one like him in my flock. My rooster is a Barred Rock Bantam. The hen up front is a Barred Rock Bantam as well.
Edit: I just spotted the 5th toe, so I'd agree with Silkie crossed with a Bantam Barred Rock.

Silkie (5th toe & head feathering) x Barred Rock (?) ... I'm guessing pullet  due to the head feathering & comb. If it hatched last November, it's almost a year and not crowing, I'm assuming. I don't see any saddle/hackle feathering although a mix (?). Does is "squat" for you? The color of the wattles looks like "she" maybe getting ready to lay. Update us whether the crow or egg happens :hugs
